We can handle your custom project!
A couple of years ago, I had Will Temple from WAT Webs Inc. design and build a custom website for me. The project was a lot more difficult that your standard site, designed to promote an existing sales or service business. There are plenty of pre-fab site templates out there that work great for those. In this instance we were designing a shared information database that would pass sensitive information between multiple business entities. As such, there had to be built into the site/database a good deal of specific functionality with restricted levels of access. Also, a good deal of intricate legal compliance and information security would be required. I also requested a specific look and feel to the site. After having met with several companies and receiving pricing quotes, I hired Will. I worked very closely with him for about 2 months while everything was being built. He was responsive and accomplished during the entire process. And then…once everything was up and running…we hit a snag. New legislation concerning the use of the specific information came to light and we had to redesign. Instead of hitting me with whole new bill for site construction, Will used the bulk of the coding we had already paid for and quickly reworked the site. As with any new build, there were issues along the way, things that needed to be changed. Each time this came up, it was handled quickly and efficiently. And after working closely with him for several months, I had exactly what I had asked for. At that point Will faded into the background. Billing was accurate and timely. Once a month, a bill came and payment was issued, with no surprises. Periodically I would have a question or minor change, and it would be taken care of. But for the most part he was a very silent partner. At no point was my relationship with WAT Webs Inc. a part of my business that had to be “MANAGED”. Anyone who has ever had to deal with a difficult vendor knows how much time and effort that can take. With Will and WAT Webs Inc., relationship is not an issue. Please don’t consider this as a testimonial or business review, but rather a letter of recommendation. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at 429pineco@gmail.com
